Here is a wonderful plate of trilobites from the Middle Cambrian of Utah. There are two specimens of Elrathia kingi on this plate. The larger trilobite is complete and has its free cheeks intact, which is somewhat uncommon. Both of these trilobites are natural to the plate - no compositing or addition of trilobites has been done to this specimen. The Elrathias are very detailed and display well. The dark grey color of the trilobites contrasts beautifully with the natural, light grey matrix plate. This is a very nice double specimen of trilobites from the Wheeler Shale.
