Here is a nice specimen of Triarthrus becki from the Ordovician of New York. This type of trilobite has many segments, and this specimen is complete down to the tiny tail - usually the tail is missing. The trilobite is nicely articulated and exhibits fine detail. It is well presented on the large plate of shale. This is a good example of this classic New York trilobite.
