Here is an absolutely superb specimen of Cedaria minor from the Upper Cambrian of Utah. This large example is beautifully articulated and exhibits great detail. Both free cheeks are present and tightly attached. The long, pointed genal spines are nicely displayed and the eyes of the trilobite are easily seen. The fossil has excellent dark brown color and contrasts wonderfully with the yellowish-orange matrix. It is almost perfectly centered on the squared plate of limestone. This is an outstanding specimen of Cedaria minor from the Weeks Formation.
