This is a nice example of Coronocephalina jastrowi from the Silurian of China. This trilobite is a beautiful yellow color on a grayish-brown block of squared matrix. The specimen exhibits a very small glabella, a huge pygidium with many segments, and extremely long genal spines. There are also two long thoracic spines present. The very thin, tiny spines emanating from the pygidium are well displayed. There are also two partial trilobite impressions on the piece. This is a fine example of this strange Silurian trilobite from China.
