Here is a very unique specimen of Aristoharpes sp. from the Devonian of Morocco. Complete Harpid trilobites are among the most collectable trilobites in the world. There are TWO Aristoharpes beautifully displayed on this large, rounded plate of matrix. These trilobites are completely natural to the block - they have not been placed. The trilobites are very 3-dimensional and exhibit nice detail. The large, wide-brimmed cephalons display very fine ornamentation. The small eyes of both trilobites are easily seen. Even the tiny pygidia are preserved. The black-colored trilobites contrast wonderfully with the light-colored, sculpted matrix. This is a very displayable, rare multiple plate of these alien-like trilobites.
