This is a nice specimen of Ogyginus corndensis from the Ordovician of Wales. The trilobite is complete and has good detail. Many times, these trilobites are found without the free cheeks. On this specimen, both free cheeks are intact and tightly attached. The individual segments of the thorax are nicely displayed. The fossil has good color and contrast. It is well presented on a large (approximately 4.0" X 4.0") plate of matrix. This is a very affordable specimen of Ogyginus corndensis from "across the pond".
