This is a very nice unidentified trilobite from the Ordovician of Morocco. Until more work is done on the trilobites of Morocco, we are hesitant to give this trilobite a name. The Bumastoides-like trilobite is 3-dimensional and very nicely articulated. The free cheeks are intact and tightly attached. The specimen exhibits excellent detail. The large eyes are easily seen. The eight thoracic segments are well defined. The pygidium of the bug is very smooth. The specimen has excellent color and contrast. It is almost perfectly centered on the rectangular plate of matrix. This is a wonderful specimen of this unidentified trilobite from Morocco.
