Here is a nice specimen of Bumastus ioxus from the Silurian of New York. The trilobite is complete and nicely articulated. Both free cheeks are present and tightly attached. The bug is inflated and exhibits fine detail. The thin exoskeleton is well preserved. The trilobite has great color and contrast. It is almost perfectly centered on the natural plate of matrix. This is a very nice specimen of Bumastus ioxus from the Rochester Shale.
