This is an unbelievable trilobite. This is probably a new species of Onnia from the Ordovician of Morocco. This trilobite is huge for its type - see the close-up photo and compare its size with a US penny...WOW! This bug is very 3-dimensional and nicely articulated. It exhibits fine detail. This specimen has excellent color and contrast. The trilobite has an extremely large, bulbous glabella. The short, triangular pygidium is also well displayed. And those long genal spines extend way past the body of the trilobite. This is an exciting display specimen of this large trinucleid trilobite from Morocco.
