This is a very nice specimen of Crotalocephalus gibbus from the Devonian of Morocco. The trilobite is slightly arched and very inflated. This specimen is wonderfully articulated and exhibits superb detail. The small, beady eyes are quite evident. The pleurons of the trilobite have finely pointed tips. The pygidial spines are nicely displayed. It has great, natural multi-colored exoskeleton. The trilobite is well positioned on a somewhat rounded plate of limestone. This is a very affordable specimen of Crotalocephalus gibbus.
