This is an unusual Upper Cambrian trilobite. It is a very nice Labiostria westropi from British Columbia, Canada. This type has long pleural spines and a small fan-tail. This specimen is complete with both free cheeks intact and tightly attached. The trilobite has great color and contrast. The bug is nicely centered on the concretionary matrix. This is a very nice example of this Upper Cambrian trilobite.
