Here is one of the more unusual trilobites from the McKay Group of British Columbia. This is Hedinaspis canadensis from the Upper Cambrian. The trilobite is complete and nicely articulated. The free cheeks are present and tightly attached. The individual thoracic segments are readily seen. The triangular pygidium of the trilobite is nicely displayed. The trilobite has good color and contrast. It is well centered on the concretionary matrix. This is a very "clean" specimen of Hedinaspis canadensis.
