This is a very nice specimen of Proetus granulosus from the Devonian of Morocco. The trilobite is beautifully outstreched and nicely articulated. This Proetus is very inflated and exhibits fine detail. The eyes of the trilobite are quite prominent. The pustules on the glabella are easily seen. The trilobite has outstanding color and contrast. It is well centered on a rounded block of limestone. This is an extremely attractive Proetus granulosus.
