This is a nice specimen of Pseudoasaphus sp. from the Middle Ordovician of Russia. This is a large representative of this trilobite. The trilobite is complete and very prone. The specimen is very well articulated. It is preserved in a 3-dimensional manner. The trilobite exhibits fine detail. The large eyes are well displayed. The fossil has great, caramel-brown color and contrasts nicely with the light-colored matrix. The trilobite is well positioned on the natural limestone slab. It has not been placed. This is a very good specimen of Psudoasaphus.
