This is a rare Cambrian trilobite. It is a Cedaria sp. from Utah. There have only been a handful of these trilobites ever found. This type has long genal spines and a LONG spine off the body that is longer than the trilobite itself! This specimen is unrestored and the long spine is fully intact. The bug is nicely centered on a squared matrix plate. This is one of the more uncommon Upper Cambrian trilobites you will see.
