This is a beautiful Cambropallas telesto from the Cambrian of Morocco. This type is one of the most faked or reconstructed trilobites from Morocco. However, there is no mistaking the authenticity of this specimen, as both the part and counterpart are both present. This striking specimen is wonderfully articulated and exhibits very fine detail. The broad, sweeping genal spines are clearly defined, the crescent-shaped eyes are easily seen, and the distinct ridges on the middle lobe of the thorax are quite evident. The bug has outstanding, natural coloration that contrasts wonderfully with the greyish-green matrix. And even the counterpart of this bug is fabulous - what a split pair! This is a very displayable and collectible specimen of a real Cambropallas trilobite from Morocco.
