This is a very complete example of a rare US trilobite. This is a very colorful Olenellus thompsoni from the Lower Cambrian of Pennsylvania. This holaspid specimen (juvenile) came from an old collection - it was found over 20 years ago at the now-closed Fruitville Quarry site. The trilobite is complete, with the long spines and tailspine intact, which is extremely unusual. This specimen has very nice detail preserved (better than the photo shows) and fabulous natural color - classic Kinzers yellow. This is a very collectible example of a very complete holaspid Olenellus from Pennsylvania.
