This is a nice plate of Middle Devonian trilobites from New York. This specimen was found many years ago at the famous Penn-Dixie Quarry, and has been in a collection ever since. There are many examples of Eldredgeops on the plate. The prone trilobites are inflated and exhibit fine detail. The individual facets of the eyes and the pustulose glabellas are very well preserved. The fossils are nicely showcased on the large matrix plate. This is a very prolific multiple specimen of Eldredgeops from New York.
