Here is a cool specimen of Cheirurus (Crotalocephalina) gibbus from the Devonian of Morocco. This distinct trilobite is extremely 3-dimensional and nicely preserved. The bug is outstretched and exhibits good detail. The small eyes are present, and the short genal spines are easily seen. The triangular pleurons terminate into points, and the pygidial spines are clearly defined. The trilobite has unique, natural coloration - a beautiful olive green color! The bug is well showcased on the block of sculpted limestone that has a cool vein of white quartz running through it. This is a very colorful example of this odd-looking trilobite from Morocco.
