This is a very interesting trilobite from the Devonian of Oklahoma. The trilobite is a very detailed example of Paciphacops campbelli. This type of trilobite is differentiated from Kainops by the smaller number of lenses in the eyes. The inflated bug is well preserved in a prone position with the tail curled, but present. The fossil has excellent detail, beautiful color and contrast, and is well presented on the large, sculpted block of matrix. This is a fine specimen of a complete Paciphacops from the Haragan Formation.
