This is a very unusual plate of Encrinurid trilobites. These are Encrinuroides enshiensis from the Lower Silurian of China. These distinct trilobites are nicely inflated and display well on the natural plate of matrix. The trilobites have fine detail preserved and are covered with large pustules. The bugs have striking, dark color that contrasts wonderfully with the light-colored matrix. This is a very collectible grouping of Encrinuroides enshiensis from China.
