This is a very interesting trilobite from the Devonian of Oklahoma. The trilobite is a very detailed example of Kainops raymondi. This type of trilobite is differentiated from Paciphacops by the larger number of lenses in the eyes. The extremely inflated bug is well preserved in a curled, enrolled position. The 3-D fossil has excellent color and contrast and is nicely presented on the sculpted block of matrix. This is a very fine specimen of an enrolled Kainops from the Haragan Formation.
