This is nice spiny trilobite. It is a complete Kettneraspis williamsi from Oklahoma. This specimen was found by Steve Hess in 1998 and just now prepared. This trilobite has both free cheeks and tail intact (hard to see in photo). The large eyes are present, which is quite unusual. The fringes of the free cheeks are also easily seen. The bug is well displayed on the nice block of marlstone. This is a very affordable specimen of a complete Kettneraspis williamsi from Oklahoma.
