This is a very nice spiny trilobite. It is a Ceratarges Type "B" from Morocco. This unusual type differes from Type "A" in that it has no occipital spines and no vertical spine on the tail. As you can tell, this specimen was prepared in the EXTINCTIONS Prep Lab. It has two free-standing "horns" and two free-standing stalked eyes. The trilobite is perfectly centered on the beautifully sculpted matrix plate. This is great example of the type "B" version of this spiny trilobite.
