This is a classic Canadian trilobite. It is a detailed Leviceraurus mammilloides from Ontario, Canada. We acquired this specimen from the Eugene Thomas collection. Although the trilobite is missing the tail, the thick shell exoskeleton is very well preserved. The trilobite is well displayed on the semi-rectangular matrix block. This is an affordable example of this elusive type of Ceraurus from Canada.
