This is a nice plate of enrolled trilobites. It is a pair of Eldredgeops rana crassituberculata from the famous Silica Shale Quarries of Sylvania, Ohio. Both trilobites are tightly enrolled, which is quite cool. Both bugs are very 3-D and have excellent thick shell exoskeleton preserved. The compound facets on the eyes are very well preserved. The trilobites are nicely showcased on the large block of shale. This is a fine display plate of two classic enrolled trilobites.
