This is a very complete example of a rare US trilobite. This is a very cool Olenellus thompsoni from the Lower Cambrian of Pennsylvania. This meraspid specimen (baby) came from an old collection - it was found over 20 years ago at the now-closed Fruitville Quarry site. The trilobite is complete, with the long genal spines, pleural spines, and tailspine all intact, which is extremely unusual. This specimen has nice detail preserved (MUCH better than the photo shows) and fabulous natural color - classic Kinzers red. This is a very collectible example of a very complete meraspid Olenellus from Pennsylvania.
