This is a very nice outstretched specimen of Cybele bellatula from the Lower Ordovician of Russia. The specimen is inflated and has beautiful caramel-brown color. The fossil contrasts well with the light-colored matrix. The trilobite has good detail. The thin eye stalks are present. The sweeping thoracic spines are well displayed. The trilobite is nicely positioned on a natural limestone block. This is a very affordable specimen of this exotic trilobite from Russia.
