This is a fabulous Elrathia kingi from the Middle Cambrian of Utah. Specimens of this trilobite were drilled by Native Americans for adornment purposes and have been found hundreds of miles away from the site. Most examples of Elrathia are not complete - this one is fully complete with both free cheeks are present and tightly attached. The specimen has been professionally extracted from the surrounding rock. And at almost an inch long, it is a decently large example to be this nice. This is a top quality example of the classic trilobite, Elrathia kingi.
