This is a cool Canadian trilobite. It is a large Ceraurus-type from Ontario, Canada. We acquired this specimen from the Eugene Thomas collection. The trilobite is quite large for a Ceraurus-type. The bug is prone, and the thick shell exoskeleton is preserved. The tailspines are probablt restored, but this is an affordable example of this elusive type of Ceraurus from Canada.
