This is a very nice pair of Devonian trilobites. These are Kettneraspis williamsi (left) and Paciphacops campbelli from the Haragan Formation of Oklahoma. This specimen was found and prepared by the late Eugene Thomas. Both trilobites are wonderfully articulated and exhibit excellent detail. Both free cheeks are present and easily seen on the Kettneraspis. The long spines are also beautifully displayed. The Paciphacops has the exposed compound eye clearly defined. The inflated bugs have great color and contrast and are well showcased on the sculpted plate of marlstone. This is a cool pair of very different trilobites from Oklahoma.
