This is a trilobite from the collection of Doug DeRosear. It is a Fragiscutum glebalis from Oklahoma. Doug acquired this specimen from Allan Graffham on February 2, 1982, and it has been in his collection ever since. The trilobite is complete and nicely articulated (the tail is "perfect", but shadows are obscuring the bottom part). It is unusual because it has both free cheeks intact, showcasing the knob-like eyes. It is nicely centered on the squared matrix block. It is a collectible example of this uncommon Oklahoma trilobite.
