This is a fine example of a classic trilobite. This is a complete Elrathia kingi from Utah. This type is usually found under one inch in size - this specimen is larger than average. The trilobite has very nice articulation and fine detail preserved. The fossil is well showcased on the large, natural plate of shale. This is a cool, detailed example of Elrathia from Utah.
