This is a very uncommon Cambrian fossil. It is a Trilobite and Echinoderm Association from the Spence Shale of idaho. This specimen was in a collection for the last 20 years. The trilobite on the plate is a Zacanthoides, which is somewhat unusual in itself. But the real treat on this piece is the Ctenocystis preserved on the top left of the plate. This small, oval echinoderm is only know from two formations in the Cambrian. This is a collectible association piece of a Cambrian trilobite and echinoderm.
