Here is a complete Metacanthina barrandei from the Devonian of Morocco. The bug is very 3-dimensional and nicely articulated. The long genal spines are easily seen and the lappets of the pygidium are clearly defined. Most of the individual lenses of the large eyes are present. The trilobite is well centered on the oval piece of limestone. The black fossil contrasts nicely with the lighter-colored matrix. This is a very affordable example of Metacanthina from Morocco.
