This is a very rare specimen of Badulesia tenera from Newfoundland. This specimen was collected by Steve Hess in June of 1988. This location has been closed to collecting for a number of years. The trilobite is nicely preserved on a small, natural piece of shale. The specimen exhibits fine detail, showcasing the unusual eyes. This is an extremely uncommon specimen of a rare trilobite from a closed collecting site in Newfoundland.
