This is a cool Middle Cambrian trilobite. It is a split pair Asaphiscus wheeleri from Utah. This specimen was acquired from a major trilobite collector. The trilobite is large and nicely articulated. The trilobite is beautifully showcased on the semi-squared matrix plate. And a nice feature is that the counterpart of the trilobite was saved - both are offered here together. This is an unusual example of an uncommon split pair Asaphiscus from Utah.
