This is an extremely rare trilobite fossil. It is a prone Dicranurus hamatus elegantus from Oklahoma. This type is one of the most sought-after trilobites from Oklahoma. The bug is decently articulated and was prepared with the ''Ram's Horns'' free-standing for optimal display. The body spines are also long and very easily seen. Dicranurus is one of the hardest Oklahoma trilobites to find complete - usually the free cheeks and tail are missing. This is a nice, inflated specimen of probably the most famous trilobite from Oklahoma.
