This is a unique specimen of Labiostria westropi from the Upper Cambrian of British Columbia, Canada. Usually, these trilobites are found in small isolated nodules. In this specimen, the nodule is encased in a piece of shale. The trilobite is well articulated and exhibits fine detail. The color and contrast are good. The trilobite is centered in the matrix. This is a very displayable example of Labiostria from Canada.
