Here is a very affordable specimen of Reedops deckeri from the Haragan Formation of Oklahoma. This extremely inflated trilobite is well preserved and exhibits very good detail. The very fine pustules covering the thick-shelled exoskeleton are intact, and the individual lenses of the large compound eyes are well preserved. The caramel-colored bug contrasts wonderfully with the light-colored matrix. Although the fossil is somewhat compressed, it is well showcased on the large block of Haragan limestone. This is a nice, affordable specimen of Reedops from the Devonian of Oklahoma.
