Here is an excellent multiple specimen of Elrathia marjumi from the Marjum Formation of Utah. This species of Elrathia is MUCH rarer than Elrathia kingi, and is from a different formation. These outstretched trilobites are wonderfully articulated and exhibit outstanding detail. The free cheeks are present on four of the five trilobites, which is extremely rare. The crescent-shaped eyes are easily seen, and the individual thoracic segments are clearly defined. The bugs have fine natural color and contrast and are well showcased on the large plate of shale. This is the best multiple example of this unusual species of Elrathia that we have seen.
