This trilobite is a huge example of Elrathia kingi from the Middle Cambrian of Utah. This specimen is from a MAJOR trilobite collection. Again, the trilobite is HUGE for this type - well over 2 inches long! Less than one in a thousand Elrathia are over two inches long! The trilobite is very nicely articulated, and both free cheeks are present and tightly attached. The fossil has great detail and fabulous color and contrast. The bug is well showcased on the natural plate of shale. This is probably the largest complete example of Elrathia kingi we have ever seen.
