This is very collectible Proetid trilobite. It is a large type of Cornuproetus from Morocco. This specimen is HUGE for a Cornuproetus - one and a half inches long! But it is not only big, it is quite nice! The detail is excellent, and the thick shell exoskeleton is well preserved. The bug is extremely well-articulated and outstretched, and the genal spines are very long. We cannot stress enough how much bigger and fatter this specimen is than most of the others we've seen. This is a fine example of this very underrated trilobite.
