This is a very nice multiple plate of trilobites from the Cambrian of Utah. There are two complete examples of Elrathia kingi, large and smaller, on the slab. The detailed Elrathia are nicely articulated -both of the specimens have the free cheeks intact. The black bugs are very sharp in appearance and contrast beautifully with the grey matrix. The trilobites are well positioned on the large, squared plate of shale. And, best of all, this wonderful specimen has DOZENS of Peronopsis agnostids preserved on the plate! This is a very prolific multiple plate of two different trilobites from the Wheeler Formation.
