Here is a multiple specimen of a ''classic'' US trilobite. It is a double Sthenarocalymene celebra from the Silurian of Illinois. These trilobites are well preserved in an outstretched position and exhibit fine detail. They are extremely inflated and nicely articulated. The bugs have good color and contrast and are well presented on the sculpted dolomitic base, one natural and one composited. This is a nice example of two Sthenarocalymenes displayed together on the same rock.
