Here is an uncommon trilobite pair. This is a very nice double specimen of Lonchodomas suriensis from the Ordovician of Argentina. The outstretched trilobites are well preserved and exhibit fine detail. The trilobites have nice color and contrast and are well presented on the natural block of shale. And this is a split pair - both fossils are included here together. This is a great part/counterpart double example of these unusual Lonchodomas from Argentina.
Note: Argentina has now banned the export of all fossils. We will strictly abide by and enforce this law - we do not acquire new fossils from Argentina. However, this fossil was collected and exported prior to this law, and can be sold legally.
