This is a very displayable specimen of a complete Elrathia kingi from the ''Red Beds'' of Utah. This trilobite has been cleaned with an air-abrasive machine to reveal the fine detail of the bug. Both free cheeks are present, and the overall quality of the trilobite is excellent. The trilobite is preserved in a matrix block that is also extremely colorful. Specimens of this trilobite have been found hundreds of miles away that were drilled by Native Americans for use as adornment purposes. This is a very detailed example of an Elrathia kingii in matrix from the famous Wheeler ''Red Beds''.
