This is a specimen of Odontochile hausmanni from the Devonian of Morocco. It is one of the most aesthetic specimens of this species that we have ever had. It has been prepared with the cephalon and pygidium elevated above the matrix. The long sweeping genal spines have been cleaned from the matrix leaving them free-standing. The color and contrast of the specimen is great. The life-like posture of the fossil is excellent. This is a wonderful display specimen of Odontochile hausmanni from Morocco.
