Here is an excellent Flexicalymene retrorsa from the Ordovician of Ohio. This enrolled trilobite is very inflated, has very nice articulation, and exhibits extremely fine detail. The free cheeks are present and tightly attached. This bug has wonderful, thick exoskeleton of a brownish color that contrasts very well with the green-grey matrix. This is a large, enrolled specimen of Flexicalymene that displays well in matrix.
