This is an EXTREMELY RARE pair of US trilobites. It is a double Eomonorachus intermedius from Missouri. This specimen was recently acquired from the famous DeRosear Collection. This type is similar to Achatella, but is MUCH rarer - only a handful of this type have ever been found complete. The fossils are nicely showcased on the colorful limestone block, which makes for a great display. The off-white-colored trilobites contrast beautifully with the rust-colored matrix. This is a very collectible pair of trilobites from the Midwestern United States.
